Artist statement: My creating process depends mainly on a state of receptiveness and abandonment from which emotion is the key driving force of creation. I experiment with various mediums (painting, drawing, engraving, printing and assembling). The exploration of mixed mediums allows me to have a very intuitive and spontaneous approach in the making of my work. My art is defined on a time and space scale that is totally present according to the environment context. I often use the symbolism of shapes and objects; it is then translated into a ratio of equilibrium and strength in the components of the work of art.
